Indications
This supplement is used to treat and prevent zinc and vitamin B deficiency.

Pharmacology
Zinc is required for a variety of biological processes, including immunity, wound healing, digestion, reproduction, physical growth, and brain development. Zinc aids normal development and growth during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence. Zinc has antioxidant effects as well. Zinc is used to treat children with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Loss of appetite, poor sense of taste and smell, depression, white marks on fingernails, frequent infections, low fertility, prostate problems, mental problems, poor wound healing, a weakened immune system, diarrhoea, mental lethargy, rough skin, and weight loss are all symptoms of zinc deficiency in adults.

B-Vitamins are required for the digestion of food and the release of energy. They serve a crucial part in supporting healthy brain and nerve function, as well as the development of healthy red blood cells in both children and adults. They are especially important for children's healthy growth and development. Adult B-vitamin deficiency results in severe exhaustion and a variety of neurologic symptoms, including weakness, poor balance, confusion, irritability, memory loss, nervousness, limb tingling, and loss of coordination. Sleep problems, nausea, low appetite, frequent infections, and skin lesions are further signs of vitamin B insufficiency.

Interaction
Tetracyclines and zinc used together may reduce Gl absorption and tetracycline levels in the blood. Similarly, taking zinc and fluroquinolones at the same time may reduce Gl absorption and serum levels of some fluroquinolones. Mayopathy and rhabdomyolysis can occur when Niacin is used with HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (such as lovastatin). Pyridoxine lowers the efficacy of levodopa by increasing its peripheral metabolism. The combination of pyridoxine and phenytoin may lower phenytoin levels in the blood.
